My Background
My name is Liz here's my story:
I attended Capri college for massage therapy in Davenport, IA! I graduated and received my massage therapy license in 2015. Shortly, after graduating from Capri, I worked at Massage Envy for a short period of time. During my time at Envy; I decided that I wanted to continue my education. I eventually left Envy in order to continue my education. 2017 I attended Palmer college of Chiropractic and completed the chiropractic technology program. After completing my educational goals, I moved home.
I worked at Massage Heights in Ames, IA for 2 years. During my time at heights I gained several new skills. I worked on a wide range of people from minors, to college athletes, to the elderly. I decided that heights no longer could be my second home, and it was time to move on. August 2019 I made the move to go out on my own with the hopes of being successful. I've been blessed to have clients who travel to me, and continue to support me.
In the small amount of free time that I have I enjoy hangout with my doggies, and cat. I also like going on road trips, experiencing new places, spending time with family and friends.
My Approach
I believe that Massage Therapy is away to heal the body, it's a form of holistic healthcare. My favorite thing to see is when someone walks in feeling rough and walks out feeling great. I believe that with clear communication of what the patient is looking for the goal of feeling better can be accomplished.
