specific \ focused area only, not met to be used for a full body session example: only working on upper body

60 Minute Session:
specific \ focused area or full body, no real limitations example: full body with focus on lower back

90 Minute Session:
specific \ focused area or full body, allows more time for extra work on problem areas example: full body with extra time on legs and feet

120 Minute Session:
specific therapeutic \ therapeutic full body, allows for a extra work on problem areas along with add-on modalities such as cupping or the in-cooperation of stretching example: full body with cupping on upper back and stretching of legs
*I will not schedule a new client for a 120 minute session, it also has to be approved by me.

Hot stones
used to relax muscles, good for relaxation sessions can be used with any session that is 60 minutes or longer. Please let me know at time of booking session if you'd like to use stones, and I don't have them on daily
